Do not use temporary email addresses for account recovery, important subscriptions, financial services, legal communications, or any purpose where permanent email access is required.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPMAIL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $10 USD.

The Service relies on third-party APIs (including mail.tm) to provide email functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or actions of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other networks. These advertisers may use cookies and tracking as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TempMail and its operators from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
